Welcome to FiChartJS.

FiChartJS is operated by Streamlined Technologies FZ-LLC (“FiChartJS,” “the platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates. FiChartJS provides charting software, APIs, SDKs, documentation, and related services for financial and market data visualization.

Please read these Terms of Use (the “Terms” or “Agreement”) carefully. By accessing or using FiChartJS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on our website or product surfaces. Your continued use of FiChartJS after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and tokens. You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity performed by your team members, contractors, or systems.

License and Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms and any applicable paid plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FiChartJS for your internal business use and customer-facing applications.

Unless expressly permitted by law or a separate written agreement, you may not:

  • copy, modify, adapt, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of FiChartJS software;
  • remove, obscure, or alter proprietary notices;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide FiChartJS as a stand-alone hosted service;
  • bypass technical limitations, quotas, authentication, or usage controls;
  • use FiChartJS to build a substantially similar competing charting SDK or service using non-public portions of our software.

Data, Integrations, and Third-Party Providers

FiChartJS may integrate with third-party data sources and infrastructure providers. Availability, timeliness, and quality of third-party data may vary, and we do not control third-party services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of third-party data with FiChartJS complies with applicable licenses, exchange rules, and provider restrictions.

API and Usage Limits

Your use of our APIs and hosted services may be subject to rate limits, feature limits, workspace limits, or other plan-based constraints.

You may not attempt to exceed or circumvent limits, including by distributing requests across multiple accounts or keys in violation of plan intent.

Billing and Plans

FiChartJS offers free and paid plans. Pricing, included features, limits, and billing intervals are shown on our pricing pages or order forms.

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. You authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and any overage charges.

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written refund policy, fees are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

You may not use FiChartJS to:

  • violate any law or regulation;
  • infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • distribute malware or perform abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive activity;
  • interfere with platform stability, security, or performance;
  • perform unauthorized scraping, automated extraction, or denial-of-service activity against our systems.

Intellectual Property

FiChartJS, including software, documentation, trademarks, designs, and related content, is owned by Streamlined Technologies FZ-LLC and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding FiChartJS, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation.

Privacy and Security

Your use of FiChartJS is also subject to our Privacy Policy. While we implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, no system is completely secure.

Disclaimers

FiChartJS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that FiChartJS will be error-free, continuously available, or compatible with all environments, browsers, frameworks, or third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Streamlined Technologies FZ-LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to FiChartJS will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Streamlined Technologies FZ-LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • your use of FiChartJS;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Termination

You may stop using FiChartJS at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if your use creates risk or harm to FiChartJS, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use FiChartJS ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing terms.
